Minhas Sask Distillery, Winery & Brewery makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to import our products into any province outside of Saskatchewan. It is solely the buyer who is responsible for the shipment or importation of the products.  By placing an order, the buyer authorizes Minhas Sask Distillery, Winery & Brewery to engage, on the buyer's behalf, a common carrier such as Canada Post to deliver the buyer’s order. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of the laws in the province they reside in.

Return Policy

No returns accepted, unless Minhas Sask, in its sole opinion, determines that the product shipped was defective.
